WHERE IT CAME FROM

The same line, a decade apart.

In 2014 SilverLine Global built The Ghost Race for Lululemon with Strava: a hidden 10K segment in cities across the US and Canada. It rested on one finding in running data: people who ran more than twice a week behaved differently from those who did not.

A decade later Torque found a similar line in virtual racing: riders who raced twice a week built fitness across the Seats, and above three a week the Seats diverged. Torque's "How Much Racing Is Enough?" sets out that analysis.
